Despite the elegant design, our hardware is extremely durable and made to last. Our hardware is available in a variety standard finishes. For a more distinctive look, we offer an Architectural Hardware series that holds designer handles to complement the unique style of your home.

Aside from the design of the hardware, there are four main things to consider when selecting hardware for your windows and doors: the lock, opening and closing handle, tilt latch, and hardware finish.

Opening and Closing Handle

A well-engineered window or door should open and close with ease. Working the handle should be a simple task, enabling you to operate the windows and doors with little effort. The windows and doors should never feel loose in their tracks, however they should move easily nonetheless.

Multi-Point Locking System.

The locking mechanism of windows and doors is imperative to the safety of your home. Commonplace locks consist of a latch and deadbolt, providing only a single locking point between the door and jamb. Multi-point locking systems, as their name implies, have multiple points which simultaneously lock into place. This system uses a travel drive rail which is activated by lifting the door handle. Built into this rail system is a shootbolt system which provides a minimum of three locking points between the door and jamb. The multi-point locking system greatly increases the security of your home, as the system offers far more resistance to intrusion and forced entry.
